Domestic Shipping

Your item will leave our store within 1-3 business days. Your order information will be emailed to you for convenient tracking.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm PST will be processed that day and ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm PST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping via our online store; however, for international inquiries please email info@shopeli.com.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for exchange or store credit. We are unable to issue refunds. The following rules apply:

  • Returns and exchanges will gladly be accepted within 10 days of receipt.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags.
  • Alterations, special orders, personalized/engraved items, and items identified as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Jewelry is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • All exchanges and purchases made using store credit are final sale. 
  • All Sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shopeli.com with your original Order Number and the details of your return.

Refunds

Returns will be processed for either exchange or store credit. We are unable to issue refunds.

FAQs

- What if I received an incorrect/damaged order?

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email info@shopeli.com within 24 hours to let us know. We may ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our records.
